ROLESUMMARYThe Online Personal Shopper will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and growing a portfolio of customers, delivering outstanding sales-driven results while ensuring excellent customer experience and service.
ROLEPROFILE- Recruit(monthlytarget) andretaincustomers.
- Buildarelationshipwithtoptiercustomersinordertostrengthenbrandandpersonal Loyalty.
- Identifytheneedsofthecustomerandrecommendarangeofproductstochoosefrominordertoarriveatanappropriatebuyingdecision.
- Ensuremonthlysalestargetsareachievedacrosscategories.
- Ensurethatsalesleadsareidentifiedandprioritizedaswellascreateandimplementnewsellingideastoensuresalestargetsaremet.
- Workcloselywith Buying,Planning and Digital Merchandisingteamstoensuremaximumknowledgeofforthcomingstockavailabilitytoforcustomerbenefit .
- Providingsupporttothecustomercareteamtoresolve
VIPcustomers'issuesasnecessary. - Follownetworkingstrategiesinordertodevelopandenhanceclientbase.
- Diplomaorbachelor’sdegreeinanyrelatedfield,preferably in
Fashion. - 3-5yearsretailexperienceofluxurybrands.
- At least 3 years of experience as online personal shopper/stylist.
- Musthaveablackbook.
- Excellent Communication Skills .
- Fluent English.
