Day‑in‑the‑Life as a Retail Sales Associate
  • Demonstrate, sell and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy.
  • Ensure that ausgestiden consumers have the latest and most relevant product information when making a purchase decision.
  • Excel at building relationships with Best Buy associates and leadership through daily training, collaboration, and goal sharing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sell‑out of Samsung mobile products and services within Best Buy retail store using conversational consulting sales techniques.
  • Uncover and understand the needs of the customer and recommend Samsung product to fill those needs.
  • Build confidence in Samsung products and services in Best Buy employees, new and repeat customers as a brand evangelist.
  • Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive key initiatives and goals of all teams.
  • Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
  • Provide excellent customer/client service through interaction with customers and Best Buy employees.
  • Ensure retail brand standards are met through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
  • Complete display resets upon request and during new product launches.
  • Complete daily reporting on interieur sales performance and retail insights.
Performance Measurements
  • Regular and prompt attendance.
  • Daily accurate reporting.
  • Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
  • Customer/client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Availability to work weekend evening and high‑demand retail holidays.
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
