Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify counts and update locations, and operatingikira. The Omni Experience Ambassador works within all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

• Pull member purchases quickly, courteously, and friendly using a handheld RF scanner.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area and ensure proper storage.
• Communicate inventory or equipment problems, including expired or short‑dated items.
• Notify the club team when merchandise needs replenishment.
• Meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators.
• Follow SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Securely package orders according to standard operating procedures.
• Keep the SFC area neat, clean, and organized; perform housekeeping duties.
• Process returns and determine appropriate handling.
• Maintain club policies, dress code, and compliance with performance metrics.
• Perform duties in other departments as assigned; reliable attendance is essential.

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big‑box or wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience exploring.

• Most of the time spent moving continuously on hard surfaces, often bending, climbing, crawling, reaching, and stooping.
• Requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds 능 requiring assistance for heavier loads.
• Work environment may be noisy, involve moving machinery, oqaats exposure to temperature extremes and cleaning agents.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good‑faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.
