• Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality.
• Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars when they arrive.
• Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to orders at pickup time.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Keep pace with high‑speed, occasionally stressful environments, manage conflict calmly, and act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food‑safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies and temperature issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in training new e‑Commerce team members.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures and meet/exceed productivity standards.
• Use a portable phone to communicate with customers and respond promptly to calls.
• Retrieve each customer's order from all staging locations and ensure order accuracy.
• Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Any experience as a personal shopper, in a production‑oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.
