Responsibilities:

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Ring purchases and returns accurately, count change back to customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow merchandising procedures and standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and shrink reduction activities.
• Maintain safety and participate in safety awareness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
