Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up. Provide a positive customer service experience that makes customers want to return to online shopping. Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, maintaining freshness and quality.
  • Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
  • Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.
  • Scan and bag orders on the go while following all bagging standards.
  • Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick‑up.
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Receive customers' orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
  • Read and follow directions given in the note section.
  • Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen.
  • Communicate with customers via portable phone and respond to calls professionally and timely.
  • Retrieve each customer's order from all staging locations, ensure order accuracy, and load it into customers' cars.
  • Process orders through the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
  • Determine appropriate substitutions when out‑of‑stock, following policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
  • Report pricing, scanning, and item‑location discrepancies and invalid temperature types to the store e‑Commerce supervisor.
  • Inspect equipment and notify the store Pick‑Up supervisor or management of items requiring repair.
  • Perform required opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist in training new e‑Commerce team members.
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards.
  • Work cooperatively in a high‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
  • Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational, and cooperative manner.
  • Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
  • Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Ability to read shelf tags.
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).

Desired Previous

Experience:

  • Any experience as a personal shopper or in a production‑oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or experience as a cashier.
