• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and participate in overall store maintenance.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Starting pay range: $15.92 to $16.42 per hour.
