Job OverviewOnline Order Filling associates fill and dispense online orders by locating, preparing, packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pick up, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. As a Supervisor, you will oversee associates, ensure quality, train staff, manage shift schedules, and drive productivity.
