Job OverviewOnline Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick‑up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Locate items for online orders.
- Prepare and package products accurately.
- Ensure order accuracy before customer pick‑up.
- Make product substitutions when necessary.
- Consult with the customer to address concerns.
