Team Member (Delivery) – Solihull (N111373) – Next

19 hours per week:
Mon 12:00‑18:30, Wed 07:00‑14:00, Thu 07:30‑14:30. You will work as part of a fast‑paced store team, prioritising efficient product processing to keep items available for customers quickly. When needed on the sales floor, your customer service skills will shine. We invest in your development from day one and offer flexible working options.

• Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing and putting stock away.
• Ensure all stock is gorgeously presented and correctly placed on the sales floors or in stockrooms.
• Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organised.
• Offer fast and friendly service to customers from the back or front of the store, working on the sales floor as needed.
• Work as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers.
