As an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk at Smith's Food & Drug Centers, you will select and gather products for customers’ online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. You will assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders onto customers’ vehicles at the pick-up location. Your focus will be on providing a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping.

• Select and gather products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
• Assemble customers’ orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders onto customers’ vehicles.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customer orders at pick‑up.
• Scan and bag orders and follow bagging standards.
• Analyze order accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain staging area organization.
• Respond to customer inquiries via mobile device and provide excellent service.
• Follow food safety, legal, and company guidelines, including temperature control.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, inspect equipment, and report issues.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Act with honesty, integrity, and respect in all interactions.
• Support customers, including minors and individuals with special needs or older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong reading ability for shelf tags and written instructions.
• Basic math skills for counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a personal shopper, warehouse, stocking, or cashier role (desired).
