Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick‑up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Supervise and train team members on order filling processes.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely completion of orders and adherence to quality standards.
• Communicate with customers and resolve issues regarding product substitutions.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and drug‑free workplace policies.

• Mid‑Senior level experience in retail or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and order processing systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to various shifts.
