* Provide technical support online via chat or on the phone
* Recommend appropriate Geek Squad services based on customer needs
* Keep us organized by completing service notes and handling customer property according to guidelines
* Share your passion for tech to create an amazing customer experience

*** Must be at least 18 years old
* Computer diagnostic & repair experience
* Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers
