Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Event Experience Manager to lead attendee registration and management for assigned programs
  • Manage hotel accommodations, attendee communication, and reporting for events
  • Provide onsite preparation assistance and technical support for virtual events
  • Handle complex programs with multiple participant types and extensive reporting requirements
  • Execute and close out attendee registration projects, ensuring adherence to corporate and pharmaceutical guidelines
Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the meetings industry
  • Proven excellent oral and written communication skills in both internal and client-facing environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Extensive knowledge of Cvent and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with virtual and hybrid event options
  • Familiarity with mobile event app development and customer assistance
  • Proven track record of effectively negotiating vendor specifications and costs
