• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience as a personal shopper or in a production‑oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.

• Select, gather and assemble online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete selection, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers’ cars.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customer orders at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e‑Commerce team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Maintain high standards of honesty, integrity, and customer service.
