- Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring consistent communication and support for policyholders
- Conduct detailed market research to locate suitable housing options
- Negotiate lease terms and secure favorable agreements while adhering to policy guidelines
- Maintain accurate data in housing databases and internal platforms
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management
- Previous experience in insurance, temporary housing, corporate lodging, or real estate strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
- Must pass a background credit check for security clearance
- Experience in a fast-paced service-driven environment
- Familiarity with local rental trends and landlord regulations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with professionalism and urgency
- Previous experience working with VIP clientele
