Job DescriptionBath & Body Works is a global leader in body care and home fragrances. We are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high‑performing team at our Metro Centre in Gateshead. You will prioritise outstanding customer service, maximise fragrance and skincare sales, and drive store efficiencies.
Responsibilities- Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed
- Build and manage a successful team to deliver amazing service, accurate stock processes in an environment that is commercial, operationally efficient, safe and target‑driven
- Deliver the best possible Bath & Body Works experience in store, including passionate product advice and brand ambassador duties while maintaining the store space
- Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring the team is core to everything you do
- Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team
- Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs
- Passionate about customers, people and fragrance/skincare products
- Energetic, team‑player who thrives in a results‑driven, fast‑paced, challenging environment
- Exceptional commercial understanding and ability to create a fantastic shopping experience
