* Provide planners with supporting historical breakdowns as the feed in for building block creation in the class level financial plans.
* Prepares reporting and category specific analysis to support the planner with the weekly and monthly analysis of sales, profitability, and inventory
* Populate the monthly Post Mortem reports of actual results for Merchandise Financial Planners
* Provide straightforward ad hoc sales analysis and reporting weekly to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
* Enter budgets and forecasts into TM1 as assigned by the Merchandise Financial Planner
* Support the reconciliation of store plans to ensure alignment with financial and operational targets
* Populate weekly promotional reporting based on actuals## ##
** What You'll Bring:
*** Post secondary education (Business Administration, Finance, or Mathematics preferred), with a minimum 1-2 years related experience in the retail industry, preferably with a national retailer
* Demonstrates a good understanding of the retail Merchandise Financial Planning process and key performance metrics
* Possesses effective analytical skills, with the ability to spot trends and suggest actionable solutions
* Effective communication skills; able to interact with all levels of the organization, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task within time constraints
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Detailed oriented and organized
