Assistant Store Manager – Full‑time Nights (Sunday‑Thursday 9 pm‑5 am) at Serv‑U‑Success. Base pay $17–$19/hr plus $1/hr night shift premium. Experienced reset merchandiser required; independent and team‑oriented. Remains fully onsite, no remote work.
Job SummaryLead projects such as reset & remodel, oversee general store service, and collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit, develop, and train high‑performance team members.
Responsibilities- Act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring proper staffing and priority of work.
- Engage on‑demand and temporary resources to support projects and future needs.
- Schedule weekly work in conjunction with the Store Manager and monitor project progress.
- Verify completion of projects to customer satisfaction, ensuring start‑to‑finish within the same shift.
- Interpret plan‑ograms, schematics, and related documents to execute projects.
- Demonstrate strong merchandising and reset skills across all store categories.
- Must attend store consistently; remote work not permitted.
- Ability to travel to other locations when needed.
- Follow all Serv‑U policies, procedures, and visual work instructions.
- Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Open to additional responsibilities and projects as required.
- High School diploma or GED (additional education preferred).
- 2–5 years in service industry with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Results‑oriented, organized, adaptable to change.
- Comfortable using technology; weekly phone stipend provided.
- Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and DMV check may be required for certain locations.
