Online Order Filling Team Associate – Walmart
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the online fulfillment team you’re detail-oriented, organized, and dependable, we want you to help ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Base Pay Range$16.00 per hour – $29.00 per hour
Compensation Details- Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
- Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, etc.). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job OverviewOnline Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
