Retail Store Cleaning Associate

• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate the scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross‑train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintain floor care cleanliness standards including the maintenance and operation of the scrubber and buffer.
• Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store (sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom and restrooms).
• Adhere to all company health and safety policies, including refilling essential items.
• Cross‑train in other areas of the store (backroom, front end, sales floor, etc.).
• Support and respond to all front end coverage needs.
• Adhere and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Adhere to all operational and loss prevention controls in accordance with company guidelines and policies including shrink reduction.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates.
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, including associate meal and break period policies.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor buffer and scrubber.

• Retail customer experience preferred.
