• Experience as a personal shopper, in production, warehouse, stocking or cashier roles.

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently and with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/ load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions at pick‑up.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for convenience, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, federal laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Retrieve orders from staging locations, ensure accuracy, load into vehicles and provide the positive experience.
• Process orders through the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment needs to supervisors.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
