Online Order Filling Team Associate – Walmart

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• $14.00/hr – $27.00/hr (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location)
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
