Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders, focusing on efficiency, freshness, and quality.

Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.

Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pick-up.

Scan and bag orders following standards.

Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pick-up.

Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.

Follow all relevant laws, safety procedures, and company policies.

Receive and store orders appropriately, ensuring quality and freshness.

Respond professionally to customer calls via portable phone.

Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars.

Provide excellent customer service to promote repeat business.

Process orders through the POS system.

Handle out-of-stock substitutions per policy.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.

Report discrepancies and equipment issues.

Perform opening and closing procedures.

Assist in training new team members.

Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.

Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.

Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.

Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

Ability to work independently.
Ability to read shelf tags.
Basic math skills (e.g., counting, addition, subtraction).
Excellent communication skills.

Desired Previous Experience:

Experience as a personal shopper, in warehousing, stocking, or cashier roles.
