Overview

Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk role at Kroger Mountain View Foods.

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality.
• Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up.
• Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages customers to shop online.
• Adhere to company core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
• Scan and bag orders, follow bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive customers' orders from Order Selector, store products in optimal temperature zones, and ensure order accuracy before loading into customers' cars.
• Process orders through the POS system and follow substitution policies for out-of-stock items.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment; report discrepancies and equipment issues as needed.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members and meet productivity standards.

• Minimum Position Qualifications:
  Ability to work without supervision
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
