Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.

Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.

Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.

Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.

Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.

Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.

Adhere to all relevant laws, safety procedures, and company policies.

Store products in optimal temperature zones according to order guidelines.

Follow directions carefully, including notes for specific instructions.

Ensure all items are of high quality and freshness.

Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone.

Verify order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars.

Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.

Process orders through the POS system.

Manage substitutions for out-of-stock items per policy.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.

Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.

Perform opening and closing procedures as required.

Assist in training new team members.

Meet or exceed productivity standards.

Work effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.

Manage conflicts professionally and cooperatively.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

Ability to work independently without supervision.
Ability to read shelf tags.
Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
