Responsibilities include selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders in a timely manner with attention to freshness and quality; assembling orders, processing coupons and payment, and delivering and loading orders to customers' cars vide a positive customer service experience that encourages online shopping and reflect the company's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk / In-Store Grocery Shopper selects and gathers products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiates and completes the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assembles online orders, processes coupons and payment, and delivers and loads orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• Scans and bags orders on the go while following bagging standards.
• Communicates substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup when applicable.
• Meets or exceeds customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adheres to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receives customers' orders and stores products in optimal temperature zones as directed.
• Reads and follows directions in order notes.
• Ensures quality and freshness of all items; responds professionally to customer communications.
• Loads orders into customers' cars and ensures order accuracy.
• Processes orders through the POS system and handles substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Maintains organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment; reports discrepancies to supervision.
• Performs opening and closing procedures; assists in training new team members; meets productivity standards.
• Works cooperatively in a fast-paced environment; manages conflicts professionally; acts with honesty and integrity.

• Minimum:
  Ability to work without supervision; ability to read shelf tags; basic math skills; excellent oral/written communication.
• Desired:
  Experience as a personal shopper, or in a warehouse/stocking environment, or as a cashier.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
