• Experience in customer service or hospitality is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working online and remotely.
• Self‑directed and dependable.
• Interest in travel and trip planning.
• Additional languages welcomed but optional.
