Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars upon pickup. Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.

Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.

Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars at pickup.

Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.

Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.

Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.

Follow all food safety procedures, laws, and company guidelines.

Store products in optimal temperature zones as per guidelines.

Follow directions in note sections and ensure order accuracy.

Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.

Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.

Perform opening and closing procedures.

Assist in training new team members.

Maintain productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.

Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.

Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

Ability to work independently.
Ability to read shelf tags.
Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

Desired Previous

Experience:

Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles.
