Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

Select and gather products for online orders efficiently, focusing on quality and freshness.

Initiate and complete the order selection process.

Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.

Scan and bag orders following standards.

Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pick-up.

Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience.

Follow all safety, legal, and company policies.

Store products at appropriate temperatures.

Follow instructions carefully and communicate effectively.

Ensure order accuracy and quality.

Respond professionally to customer calls.

Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.

Report discrepancies and equipment issues.

Assist in training new team members.

Perform opening and closing procedures.

Meet productivity standards.

Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts appropriately.

Act with integrity regarding customer and business information.

Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Perform all job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

Ability to work independently.
Ability to read shelf tags.
Basic math skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Desired Experience:

Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse worker, stocker, or cashier.
