Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Select and gather products for online orders with attention to quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow safety, legal, and company policies.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Provide excellent customer service to promote repeat business.
• Follow POS procedures and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
• Maintain productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse, stocking, or cashier role.
