Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.

Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.

Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver or load orders into customers' cars at pickup.

Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.

Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.

Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.

Adhere to all relevant laws, food safety procedures, and company policies.

Handle customer orders from staging, ensure accuracy, and load into cars.

Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat business.

Process orders through the POS system.

Follow policies for substitutions when items are out of stock.

Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.

Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.

Perform opening and closing procedures.

Assist in training new team members.

Meet or exceed productivity standards.

Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.

Manage conflicts professionally and cooperatively.

Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.

Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.

Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

Ability to work independently.
Ability to read shelf tags.
Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

Desired Previous

Experience:

Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environments, stocking, or cashier roles.
