Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk role at Kroger Mountain View Foods
. Responsibilities include selecting and gathering products for customers' on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality, assembling orders, processing coupons and payment, and delivering/loading orders to customers' cars for pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience and uphold the company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk / In-Store Grocery Shopper selects and gathers products for customers  online orders with a focus on freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for on-line orders.
• Assemble on-line orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver/load orders to customers  cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive orders, store products in optimal temperature zones, and ensure order accuracy at pickup.
• Follow directions, respond professionally to customer calls, and provide positive customer service to encourage repeat on-line shopping.
• Process orders through the point of sale (POS) system; determine appropriate substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment; report discrepancies and equipment needs to supervision.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members; meet/exceed productivity standards; work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow directions and seek assistance as needed to resolve issues; act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults; perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work without supervision
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Excellent oral/written communication skills

• Experience as a personal shopper or in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or experience as a cashier
