Job Description:

Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at the store for pick up. Provide a positive customer service experience that makes customers want to return to online shopping. • In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders.
• Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and delivers and loads orders to cars at pick up.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customersu

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive orders, store products in optimal temperature zones, and ensure order accuracy.
• Read and follow directions in notes; respond professionally to customer contacts.
• Provide positive customer service that encourages online shopping.
• Process orders through the POS system and handle substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies to the e-Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of items needing repair.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
• Meet/exceed productivity standards and work cooperatively in high-paced or stressful environments.
• Manage conflicts in a professional, nonconfrontational manner.
• Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve customer and business issues.
• Provide support and assistance to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Experience as a personal shopper or in a production-oriented/warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier
