Join The Buckle, Inc. to coordinate freight operations that support our mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our guests.

• Receive, inspect, and unpack daily shipments, ensuring accuracy against invoices and packing slips.
• Process freight transfers through the register, documenting all paperwork and reconciling discrepancies.
• Prepare and send out merchandise to guests and retail stores, including folding items, placing appropriate packaging, and labeling Fed Ex or other carrier tags.
• Maintain backroom organization: remove pins and plastic, apply Sensormatic tags, hang and fold merchandise for the sales floor, and keep supplies stocked.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) software for freight operations, including generating and sorting shipping labels and routing shipments by transit time.
• Perform routine cleaning and fixture organization to support a neat, safe, and customer-friendly environment.
• Communicate policy violations, merchandise handling concerns, and security risks to Store Manager, District Manager, and Human Resources.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 18 years of age; no prior experience required.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs, stand, walk, and reach while performing all essential functions.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of customer service orientation.
• Flexible schedule to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and store holidays as needed.
