Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Store products in optimal temperature zones, ensure quality and freshness.
• Communicate with customers professionally via portable phone.
• Ensure order accuracy, load orders into customers' cars.
• Process orders through POS system, follow substitution policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
• Meet/exceed productivity standards, work cooperatively in high-paced environments, manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, follow directions, support customers including minors and those with special needs.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills.

Desired Previous

Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environments, stocking, or cashier roles.
