Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk at Kroger Mountain View Foods
. Select and gather products for customers' online orders, assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk / In-Store Grocery Shopper responsibilities: select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders, following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive orders from the Order Selector, store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Read and follow directions in note sections; ensure quality and freshness; communicate with customers via portable phone professionally and timely.
• Retrieve each customer's order from staging locations and load into customers' cars; ensure order accuracy.
• Process orders through the POS system and handle substitutions when items are out of stock.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment; report discrepancies and items needing repair.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures; assist in training new e-Commerce team members; meet/exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment; manage conflicts professionally; act with honesty and integrity; follow directions and seek help when needed.
• Provide support and assistance to customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Minimum Position Qualifications:
• Ability to work without supervision
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Any experience as a personal shopper or in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or experience as a cashier
