Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Tasks include operating the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross‑trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business needs.

• Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Maintain all floor‑care cleanliness standards including the maintenance and operation of the scrubber and buffer
• Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the entire store (Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom and Restrooms)
• Adhere to all company policies concerning Health and Safety (including refilling essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms and Front End)
• Cross‑train in other store areas (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.)
• Support and respond to all Front End coverage needs
• Adhere to merchandising philosophy and signage standards
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day
• Follow all operational and loss‑prevention controls in accordance with company guidelines and policies, including shrink reduction
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies and procedures, including Associates’ meal and break policies
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Retail customer experience preferred

This position has a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
