Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver or load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.

Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.

Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars during pickup.

Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.

Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.

Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.

Follow all relevant laws, safety procedures, and company policies.

Store products in optimal temperature zones and ensure order accuracy.

Follow instructions and respond professionally to customer communications.

Provide a positive service experience to foster customer loyalty.

Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.

Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.

Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.

Perform opening and closing procedures as required.

Assist in training new team members.

Meet or exceed productivity standards and work effectively in a high-paced environment.

Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.

Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

Ability to work independently.
Ability to read shelf tags.
Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

Desired Previous

Experience:

Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environments, stocking, or cashier roles.
