Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars for pick-up. Responsibilities

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders, focusing on efficiency and quality.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders for customer pick-up.
• Scan, bag, and ensure order accuracy following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Handle equipment properly and report issues.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags and perform basic math.
• Excellent communication skills.

Desired Experience

• Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse worker, stocker, or cashier is preferred.
