Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat online shopping. Essential Job Functions:

• Select and gather products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in staging areas.
• Follow safety, legal, and company policies.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Use POS systems to process transactions.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.

Minimum:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills.
• Good communication skills.

Desired Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehousing, stocking, or cashier roles.
