Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders to customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars at pickup.Scan and bag orders following standards.Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.Follow all relevant laws, safety procedures, and company guidelines.Handle orders from the Order Selector, store products properly, and ensure order accuracy.Read and follow note instructions.Ensure item quality and freshness.Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone.Load orders into customers' cars, ensuring accuracy.Provide a positive customer service experience.Process orders through the POS system.Follow policies for substitutions when items are out of stock.Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.Report discrepancies and equipment issues.Perform opening and closing procedures.Assist in training new team members.Meet productivity standards.Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.Qualifications
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to read shelf tags.
- Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

Experience:
- Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles.
