Job Overview: Online Order Filling associates fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pickup, make appropriate product substitutions, and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Locate, prepare, and package merchandise for online orders.
- Validate order accuracy and make product substitutions when necessary.
- Consult customers for satisfaction and resolve any issues.
