• Essential Job Functions:
  
  select and gather products for customers' on-line orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for on-line orders.
• Assemble on-line orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up.
• Scan and bag orders on the go while following all bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers’ orders at pick-up.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive customers' orders from Order Selector, store products in optimal temperature zones, and ensure order accuracy.
• Follow directions in note sections and respond to customer inquiries professionally and timely.
• Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages on-line shopping.
• Process orders through the POS system and determine substitutions for out-of-stock items per policy.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies and temperature issues to the e-Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of items in need of repair.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures and assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
• Meet/exceed productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information; follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
• Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work without supervision
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience as a personal shopper or in a production/warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier
