Overview

Online Order Filling Team Associate role s role focuses on filling and dispensing online orders. The associate locates, prepares, and packages merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

$14.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
