Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Select and gather products for online orders, focusing on efficiency, freshness, and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Respond professionally to customer calls.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Desired Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehousing, stocking, or cashier roles.
