Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

Work as an In-Store Grocery Shopper responsible for selecting and gathering products efficiently with attention to freshness and quality.

Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.

Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars at pickup.

Scan and bag orders following all standards.

Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.

Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.

Follow all laws, safety procedures, and company policies.

Receive and store customer orders in appropriate temperature zones.

Follow notes and instructions for order accuracy and quality.

Maintain communication with customers via portable phone professionally and promptly.

Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars.

Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.

Process orders through POS system and handle substitutions appropriately.

Keep staging areas and equipment organized and clean.

Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.

Perform opening and closing procedures as required.

Assist in training new team members.

Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.

Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.

Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

Ability to work independently.
Ability to read shelf tags.
Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

Desired Previous

Experience:

Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environments, stocking, or cashier roles.
