Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars for pick-up. Provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.
• Ensure shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness meet expectations.
• Follow safety laws, procedures, and guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones.
• Follow instructions in order notes.
• Ensure item quality and freshness.
• Communicate professionally via portable phone.
• Verify order accuracy and load into customer vehicles.
• Process orders through POS system.
• Handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.
• Assist customers, including minors, seniors, and those with special needs.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehousing, stocking, or cashier roles.
