Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Locate, prepare, and package online orders with accuracy prior to pickup.
- Make appropriate product substitutions when necessary and consult with customers to ensure satisfaction.
