Supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by executing core responsibilities, focused on acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty and by wearing a body‑worn camera. Supports a positive customer shopping experience in the store and maintains a strong store partnership with store teams and loss prevention. Exercises sound judgment in decision‑making to ensure safety of all, protection of the Company brand, and adherence to Company policies.

• Maintains a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store
• Acts as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty
• Reviews and understands the Store Emergency Response Guide
• Wears a complete Company‑approved uniform including a Body‑Worn Camera
• Greets customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect
• Establishes and maintains a position at the front of the store or in a department
• Responds to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a Company‑issued radio
• Observes and reports any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management
• Performs a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management
• Adheres to all Company Policy and Procedure
• Documents required incidents in AIIM Case Management
• Performs other duties as assigned

• 0‑2 years retail or security experience

Starting pay range: $13.30 to $18.60 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
